I am searching for a bank card that does not allow any kind of cash advance or withdrawal. I am trying to get my spending habits under control and if I have access to cash I am likely to spend it. I have talked to my bank (BOTW) and if IIRC they can’t/wont turn off cash advance capabilities. Thanks in advance for any pointers/insights on this.

I like your idea but I don’t think that is the best answer. People spend 15%-25% mpre when they use plastic to make a purchase then when they use cash. If I were you I would deposit my check and withdrawl funds for that week in cash. Do not spend more than you withdrawl. This is very difficult to do at first but as with anything practice make perfect. Good Luck!
