I suspect your only option will be something like borrowing money against your car title. That’s what I had to do to come up with the bux for my last semester. If you have a bank account, go talk to the folks where you’re already doing business; you’ll get the best deal there.
If you know for certain that the $1300 will be forthcoming within a few weeks, a cash advance on a credit card would work, though you’ll pay fees to get the money. However if you don’t know for certain that you’ll have the money in time to pay off the CC bill, this is a very bad idea because the interest will eat you alive.

And, please, for goodness sake do not fall for any of the scam loan responses you’re likely to get. Anybody offering a Yahoo or Live email address is one of those Nigerian advance fee scam artists. Report them.
