I am trying to transfer funds cialis pills from my credit card to someone, but I can’t use services like Western Union or MoneyGram because they process the transfer as a cash advance. I haven’t found a place that will let me purchase a money order with a credit card (only debit card) either.
Can someone please tell me how to transfer funds to someone from a credit card and have it processed as a charge instead of a cash advance. I need to do this today. Please help!

Legally, you can’t do it. It’s part of the credit card agreeement. If you are not charging goods or services, then the transaction is treated as cash, and you must pay the appropriate fee.
