In this economy, with a credit score in the low 500’s, you are very unlikely to get a loan for $10,000. The lending company isn’t going to take your word for it that you can pay them off in September when you get your check. They have no reason to believe you. You can certainly try, but each inquiry into your credit report (especially ones that end up denied) just lower your score even more.

The fees from late parking tickets, and being overdrawn are going to kill me. I really only need about $650, but I need it fast! I’m 18 years old, I have a steady income, but I have no credit cards, and I have had many over draft fees in my life.. so I don’t know what my credit looks like.
