I have got trapped in this payday loan cycle and i can’t get out. It has caused me to fall behind on all my bills. I am thinking of repaying them in full with my income tax money if it goes on my credit. I am affraid that i will go to jail.

My husband and I came into financial hardship and we resorted to a series of payday loans and we have been stuck ever since. We wanted to take out a loan around 3K to pay these off and then just pay off the loan in a year or so.
What do you think. We’re in a tough situation.
